Through the 'Heirloom Revival' option, we handcraft something meaningful for you and your loved ones, keeping the sentiment alive for life’s biggest moments. Every design carries a story, crafted with care and made to last.

Custom pieces are handcrafted using either the heirloom silverware you provide or select antique pieces from the Rustic Wolves collection.

Your cost reflects experienced handcrafted work from design through final fit, with pricing determined by metal type (silver plate, stainless, or sterling), condition, and design complexity.

Heirloom Jewelry Estimates: ($5 - $15 material/shop fee per project)

  • Rings: $35 - $55

  • Bracelets: $65 - $95

  • Earrings: $40 - $70

  • Multi-Piece Sets: $120 - $300​

Metal-Based Minimums:

  • Silver Plate: begins within listed ranges

  • Stainless Steel: begins at $55

  • Sterling Silver: begins at $70

 

Optional Considerations:

  • Rush Order: $10 - $25

  • Resizing: $5 - $15

  • Design Consultation: $10 - $25

  • Shipping: $6 - $12 (local pickup available)

Cowboy Boot Straps: All boot straps are handcrafted and priced according to design detail and material. Each pair is made to order. Boot measurements are required at the time of order.

  • Ornate/Heavy Pattern Pair: $120 - $145

Getting Started:

To begin your custom order, please share the following details:

  • Ring size (to ensure the perfect fit):

    • Not sure of your ring size? Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger (snug, not tight) and mark where it overlaps. Measure the length in millimeters with a ruler at the end of the day (for best accuracy), and if you’re between sizes, go up for comfort.

  • Preferred metal (most common is silver plate):

    • If you’re choosing from our inventory, availability will depend on what is in stock.​

  • Design inspiration (a simple description, photo, or idea):

    • If this isn’t provided at the time of your custom order, artistic expertise will be used to create a design based on the materials and style of Rustic Wolves.​

  • Photos of heirloom items (if applicable):

    • Please send clear photos so that we can determine whether the materials are workable, and how they can best be incorporated into your design.​

Once your details are received, we'll provide a cost estimate and timeline for your piece. Because each piece is one of a kind and made by hand, please allow 2-3 weeks for completion.
